My education and work experience have uniquely prepared me for helping both sellers and buyers. After completing my education at Georgia Tech, I worked with a large company and experienced frequent moves. My wife and I have moved 12 times! This first hand knowledge of the process of selling, buying and moving give me a unique insight that I can use to help clients through the process.

After working with the company for many years, I went into business for myself which I ran for 25 years. The combination of industrial and private business experience has given me an insight into planning, scheduling and negotiating which transfer directly to helping my clients with their real estate needs. I am better able to walk them through the process in a way that lessens the strain and makes the experience easier.

I am originally from Kings Mountain, NC but my wife and I have lived in Rock Hill since 1981.I have held my Realtor license since 1993 and I have been with Allen Tate since 2011. I am licensed as a Broker in both SC and NC.

My wife and I work together to handle our clients needs. We bring different skill sets to the table and we compliment each other in the process. Our number 1 goal is to make the home buying and selling process a good experience and as stress free as possible.
